Terms & Conditions
Note: These terms and conditions affect your legal rights. It is therefore important that you read and understand them.
We are Gravity Fitness Limited.
Gravity Fitness Limited is registered with company number 08880970 and our registered office is at Xscape, Colorado Way, Castleford, United Kingdom, WF10 4TA.
Gravity Fitness Ltd will be referred to as The Caddy Shack, We or Us throughout this document.
By purchasing a ticket & or services from The Caddy Shack, you agree that the supply of services and any participation in activities by you is subject to the following terms and conditions:
You acknowledge that the leisure and fitness activities may be dangerous with many inherent risks and hazards and as a consequence, personal injury and sometimes death may occur.
You voluntarily assume and accept all such risks and waive the right to sue Gravity for any personal injury or death in any way whatsoever caused by or arising from participation in such activities;
You must comply with all signs or other directions of The Caddy Shack. The Caddy Shack may suspend or cancel your participation in any activities in its absolute discretion for noncompliance with these conditions, or for reckless or careless conduct.
Images and (or) video recordings may be captured of you or any other person(s) within your party / group by photographers and (or) videographers appointed by The Caddy Shack.
If you would prefer not to be photographed / filmed, or have any questions relating to photography at The Caddy Shack, you must notify a member of staff at your earliest convenience.
Please note: Images / video taken by those appointed by The Caddy Shack or customers /visitors may also capture persons in any area within The Caddy Shack, whether they are the main intentional subject, or unintentionally captured in the background.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, but subject to the non-excludable consumer guarantees implied pursuant to the UK Consumer Law, in no event will The Caddy Shack or its employees, directors and agents be liable in respect of any claim for any indirect or consequential loss or damage including without limitation personal injury, financial loss (such as loss of profits or use of capital or revenue or otherwise), or for any punitive, exemplary, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), equity, breach of statute or statutory duty or breach of any consumer guarantees.
This disclaimer constitutes the entire agreement between you and The Caddy Shack in relation to your use of our website, and supersedes all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
This disclaimer will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
General Cancellation & Refund Policy
NOTE (1): The Event and Group Bookings Policy terms differ to the General terms outlined below. Please refer to the terms outlined in the Event and Group Bookings Policy if you have an event or group booking.
NOTE (2): Gravity Cancellation and Refund Terms apply for all circumstances, including for any persons concerned & (or) affected by Covid-19 (Coronavirus). Gravity are following WHO & Government guidance pertaining to Covid-19 and will provide notice to customers with pre-bookings should T&C’s change.
All bookings are subject to a 24 hour cooling off period. Customers are entitled to a full refund if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of making the booking. Bookings cancelled after this time will be offered a reschedule. If a rescheduled date is agreed the 24 hour cooling off period will be applied from the original booking date. If a reschedule cannot be agreed, then the customer will incur a 100% charge upon cancellation.
No refunds will be issued on the day for any events. This includes arriving late, nonattendance or any amendments made to the booking on the day. Gravity will endeavour to accommodate a reschedule wherever possible.
All refunds valued at £200 or over will be issued in the form of a cheque and may take up to 21 days to process. The cheque will be sent to the customer in first class post.
Event and Group Bookings Policy
Events and (or) group bookings are for parties of 12 persons or more.
Events and (or) group bookings booked within 72 hours of the event date will be subject to a £50 non-refundable deposit.
Any events and (or) group booking booked at least 21 days in advanced will also be subject to a £50 deposit.
All food options and participant numbers must be confirmed 10 days before the date of the event.
The full balance for all events and (or) group bookings must be paid at least 10 days before the date of the event.
In the event of a cancellation within 21 days of the booking date the customer will be entitled to a refund for monies paid subject to a 20% administration fee. Any cancellations made less than 10 days before the event date will incur 100% of the charge and no refund will be given.
At The Caddy Shack, we are dedicated and passionate about delivering a world class service to all of our customers whether it be prior, during or even after your visit. At The Caddy Shack, we understand and appreciate the importance of all feedback and welcome ALL comments regarding your visit to any of our venues. To ensure we are able to deal with your feedback appropriately please contact the email address below within 4 weeks of your visit to our venues. We regret that we are unable to assist with any feedback after this time.

Our Customer Service Centre is available Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm. Please be advised that it may take up to 18 working days to respond to your feedback, this may be due to any investigative work that would be carried out.
The Caddy Shack is committed to saving our environment and will therefore only accept feedback via email.
We provide our service to you, at our site, at the time you have booked, whether or not the booking was made through our web-based services or directly at our premises.
